Training...The importance of form & technique


No Andrew, this is not training...These are my trains.

I'm trying to show daddy how to train smarter not harder...it's the red button on the left; if you press it, you can instantly run faster, maybe even fly?
The swim is the easy part and Coleman makes these awesome poolers ( i mean coolers) for speed work but not distance.
Mommy, you're silly, you can't wear a skirt in the triathlon.

make sure you don't cross the line in the transition areas or you'll be DQ'd
and if you use this snap, you'll shave 30 seconds in T1 & T2
and smile all the way to the finish line.
