Feeling powerful endorphins after the race

Sunshine on our shoulders....& sand between our toes!& sand between our toes!
Children, make sure you rinse your feet with the water hose before entering the house
and no running on the porch;)
However, Naps are allowed between 1pm and 3pm
India Hicks would be Proud!
but not as proud as the parents of these beautiful children!
